Hardy's Cottage provides cosy accommodation for a traditional sea side holiday. With its open plan design and enclosed courtyard garden, it is ideal for a young family. Neighbouring The Old Bakehouse in the pretty fishing village of Overstrand, these two cottages provide ideal accommodation for larger parties who wish to holiday together. The cottage has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with digital TV, DVD player and modern kitchen facilities including washer/dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double with kingsize bed and one bunk) and a family bathroom with corner bath. Sunny courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ facilities. Overstrand is a crab fishing village just to the east of Cromer and within walking distance either along the beach or by the cliff top path, has safe sandy beaches which are ideal for young children to build sand castles, play beach cricket and football or hunt for crabs.

There is lots to see and do in North Norfolk, As well as several blue flag awarded beaches and out door play areas, there is the new Amazona Zoo at Cromer, North Norfolk Steam Railway , Muckelburgh collection. If the weather is poor indoor activities are plentiful, Woodlands swimming pool at Trimmingham just 3miles from Overstrand, Splash swimming pool at Sheringham, Sticky earth cafe at Cromer.
